A little thought is a dangerous thing

I had to go down to San Diego today and it was really beautiful driving along the 5 which follows the coast, I even got to see the Marines at Pendelton doing LCAC landings. Then my mind started to wander and I suddenly knew what the members of the green religion wanted for California. They want to gather people into population centers full of high rise apartments, single family homes waste energy, they want them to head for train stations in the morning to stand in line to wait for a train to squeeze into so they can be at the mercy of various and sundry body odors. We deserve better.

I can't believe a whole beach is wasted on marine training.
It should be resort hotels and the like.
