I sometimes wish I had done this earlier in my life. There is so much I have forgotten. i sometimes consider starting one and then I think that there's not much point since my life is half over.

I do not, but I wish I did sometimes. I think about doing it, but then I see something shiny and forget what I was going to do.

I keep life logs, verbal and visual sketch books and memoir notes. I can tell you my sleeping patterns. nobody else gives ashit about yourself but you. That is not really true. Im learning to giveasit about others. But you need to be responsible for your own journey and the notes along the way.

I used to when I was younger, but fell out of the habit when I joined the military and have since lost all my journals. It's a good thing to do, if not for yourself, for your progeny.
I've read some stuff my ancestors wrote and it can be quite inspiring.

I have a little Moleskine I keep notes in of things I don't want to forget. Not a dear diary type format though, just notes.
