Riget/The Kingdom TV series is pretty great; it's like Twin Peaks set in a hospital. Europa is worth seeing. Even his last movie Antichrist is decent. Melancholia is the only one I've seen that didn't do anything for me. (EDIT: n/m Element of Crime was pretty bad.) Andrei Tarkovsky's Sacrifice is a MUCH better take on a similar idea.
