How anyone likes watching Gingrich debate puzzles me. The guy has two tricks. His first trick is that he just yells at the moderator for asking questions he doesn't like while talking about some liberal media conspiracy against him. His second trick is to look down his nose at the audience and lecture them and hope they're too intimidated to realize the content of his lecture is mind-bogglingly stupid.
My dislike of him has nothing to do with his political views. It's amazing on a stage and in a profession full of douches how he consistently manages to outdouche everyone.

On reflection, it doesn't surprise me that Gingrich connects with you on a deep and visceral level. So I guess I just found out what sort of person likes watching Gingrich debate.
