I like reality tv centered around competitions like cooking or whatever. but I hate the social aspects. And I would NEVER watch anything like big brother.

i love reality shows... its like watching a trainwreck.
i cant watch anything with a laughtrack like many sitcoms.

Do yourself a favor and stop watching TV altogether. Not only will you be happier, you'll get a lot more done. You'll also save the money you are wasting on cable.
