I love my iPad2. I see no real reason to upgrade it. The new screen would be nice but it's not something I need.

There are people with no ipad or ipad1s that can upgrade. I dropped my ipad1 the other day so I've already ordered an ipad3 since i need a replacement.

I would probably like it over my TouchPad, but my TouchPad was only $99! And it runs ICS perfectly at a very impressive level of performance. I tell myself that the other $400-500 bucks went towards pot

The screen is very nice. 4G is nice if you use that but I hear it is a major power hog. If you couldn't use one of those two upgrades, the ipad 2 is plenty. (the rear camera doesn't matter much. Don't be one of those tools holding up his iPad as a camera.)

I'm a PC guy all the way. Always have been. I work with PC's all day and my computers at home are all PCs.
That said, I love my iPad.
Work gave me an HP Slate 500 and holy god does it blow!
I won't be upgrading to the iPad 3 but anyone who thinks other tablets even come close doesn't have a clue.
