Or are fanboys just in denial and the true ending WAS there?
I dunno though, if the story goes that half of ME3 was all just Shepards indoctrinated hallucinations and true ending will be in a 10$ DLC, I bet its torches and pitchforks!

People are very pissed about the "real" ending already sucking bad. If they do this bioware will lose a lot of customers for life.

After hearing about all this, I'm not even sure I want to finish the game. You mean all the BS and crap my Shepard had to go through in all of the games doesn't really affect the ending (in a good way anyway)? I mean I'm glad they got rid of those stupid resource hunting mini-games, but still, reminds me of Fable 1's endings, where it didn't really matter what you did (good or evil), the ending was more or less the same thing.
Probably my last Bioware purchase, they've been going downhill a lot since EA bought them...

And people flamed me for flaming them for having launch-day DLC that was just a bit of the game they took out to charge you more for it.

Unbelievable. I picked up ME1 for 5 bucks on Steam. I'm glad I didn't support the franchise any further.
