I feel bad about it.
Then again she woke me out of a dead sleep at 4:15 am to run to work to deal with a non-emergency.

She loves you. You love her. Apologize as soon as you have the opportunity. I'd be surprised if you made a habit of being mean to her. Siht happens now and then. All will be well.

Wrong, do not apologize, she was the one that did wrong waking you up for a silly reason.
Tell her you can forgive her, but cloning her a double of her for you would speed up the forgiving process.

I apologized. All is well. And yes, it's extremely unusual for me to be mean. In 9 years of marriage we've never had an actual fight. We argue, of course, but bs screaming\yelling - eff that.
A huge part of being successful at marriage is learning to pick and choose your battles. She's obsessive about work. I'm a grump when awoken early. It is what it is. Not worth a huge fight.
