Just watched Marshall Curry's "if a tree falls"

If you got a chance, watch it. It's documentary of ongoing war between greenists and logging companies and tells both sides of the story in a balanced manner.
It's rather silly though, a crook gets naive rich kids to burn down stuff with him but when he gets busted he's first to give up all the members of his group and gets no jailtime.

But but but it takes 1000 years for all those great cedar trees to grow back!
In all honesty, it looked pretty harsh watching cops cut mans pants off and spraying six cans of pepper spray on his privates to get him off a tree.

Well in my opinion logging should be only on privately owned lands not public owned land or parks.
Trees are a green renewable resource.
