Two and a half years ago my Wife overrode the rest of her management team and hired a sales person with little experience. She said she thought this chick had "it". A couple months ago she was named regional sales person of the year. Then yesterday she was named salesperson of the year nationwide.
My wife went out on a limb and now she looks like a genius.
