I really really really hate fingerprints on my screen.
When I bought my Nook Simple Touch I didn't use it for two days waiting for my stylus to arrive in the mail. To this day I have never laid a disgusting finger on a touch screen.

They make screen protectors now that make them virtually invisible. At least you will be well practiced in stylusing for when you make it back to the 1980s.
