For the first time ever I have to choose between two things on HBO.
|
I have had fourteen HBO channels for years and this is the very first time they have simultaneously shown two things I actually wanted to watch.
The two things in question are Legend (1985) and The Usual Suspects (1995).
At least they stopped showing Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2 three times a day.

Suspects is good and brought us Kaiser Soze whose name turned up in every MMO a hundred fold, however Legend has the all time best ever make up job.

The Usual Suspects is one of those movies that I watch over and over. And I don't normally do that with movies. There are maybe 5 total.
It would be a no brainer choice for me.

I went with Usual Suspects.

I understand that you can download them but somebody somewhere has to pay for things or they won't get made.

I pay for them too, individually for only what i want. I just don't see the attraction of channels that have 90% terrible repetitive programming just so i can watch, for example, Game of Thrones.
That said, you get to see them sooner, but i don't need to see it the second it's on the air. It's not enough of a perk to pay them.
