	Moe_Nox posted: Key charges dismissed ... Nitpick: No they weren't. They went to trial, and during the course of that trial the prosecution changed tactics regarding the sedition charge. When they did that the judge decided to act as jury (which they can do) and acquitted them of the charges. This is nowhere near the same as a dismissal since it means the prosecution literally cannot appeal or try again (double jeopardy). The same thing can be said about anyone who gets found Not Guilty at trial. It doesn't mean they were innocent... it means the prosecution failed to prove they were guilty.
