When my niece was little it was Girl Scout cookies and magazine subscriptions now she has been accepted into the Bleak Taylor Wilderness Research Station Internship Program, as my mother so proudly informed me. Then she came right out and said it would be a good idea if I sent her some money, rather blunt for her but she is my mom so what the heck. Since she was on a roll I asked her how much I should sent, she said she and my dad were sending her $1500 and I should do the same. My son was in the room listening and told me "you should always listen to your mother". I hate it when they use your own words against you.
