My guess is he'd give almost all of it to charity (both the LDS church and some inner city programs to make both sides happy). It would probably make him pretty bitter, especially after losing to Obama.

What Romney should do is buy $100 million worth of tickets, all with different numbers, and spend his winnings buying all of the airtime around How I Met Your Mother from now until November with a new commercial directed by Spike Lee.

If he wants to be able to get into a Mormon temple he'd have to tithe a minimum of 10% right off the top.

Technically what he needs is a standing recommendation from his ward bishop. I'm guessing temple recommendations aren't revoked for high muckymucks without a consultation to Salt Lake City.
