Oh no, see, it's okay...it's not federally owned, but state owned. That's why it's okay.

Not that there's any serious logic behind that, imo...

Socialism is socialism regardless if it is on the federal, state, city, etc level.

This be states verses federal would fall more under the "States Rights" rallying cry where it would wrong to implement socialism at the federal level but if an individual state wants to implement socialism, it is free to do so.
