Need some computer help if anyone has time

recently i had to delete and redownload windows 7 on my comp and now when i try to run AC it says that theres a firewall, and i went to the regular firewall settings and turned them off it didnt work so there must be some other way to do it, does anyone know anything about this prob?

Have you tried running AC as an administrator?
