I mentioned this in another thread.
What about a pre-group box where you can checked/un-checked urself to allow people to move urname/anyone names/class's around and if u get 8 people that like the setup,they all hit accept and BAM,a grp is formed??
Idk,any other sugg's??

You need something that helps people feel like they accomplish something when they PUG. My experiences with PUGs have usually gone so bad that I felt like I gained nothing but frustration. If that is the general feeling (and I think it is) you have to break that cycle to make PUG (casual) groups something that people want to join.
Not an easy task as a casual PUG is generally not even a speed bump for most set groups.
