CSRs Deleting Event auction items

Has anyone else had any gear they won during the live event auction recently deleted?
I logged on my valewalker the other day to find my halloween hat missing. I /appealed and was told it was removed because it was "illegally obtained". I purchased it with plat and glass as was agreed to by the auctioneer. I have a dispute filed but curious if anyone else has had this issue or if it's just me.

I had items returned as double cards for the problems I had... Talk to the right people and stuff gets done.... I spent over 3 Mithril total tho

Took them a week to fix it for me after my dispute email.
I also sent in feedback.

Gave my Tic back a halloween hat, but the one they stole was cloth and the new one
is alb chain. Totally worthless.
