I believe they stated last month somewhere on the VN here that the herald is going under rework/revamp internally. Until that work is done, certain features will probably not be fixed, such as the State of the Realm as far as population goes if that is what you meant.

So it looks like after the notes were posted this morning, something went haywire with the Herald Patch Note page.
It's no secret that we've been having some "issues" with the Camelot Herald for awhile now. As such, the site is currently undergoing a rework internally, implementing a new CMS and *fingers crossed* a new look for the Camelot Herald. This goes hand in hand with us working to update documentation on the Herald and the removal of several dead and useless links.
This implementation of this isn't something that will happen overnight, and it will result in the absence of some features that players may be used to, but we're working to bring the Camelot Herald into the 21st century. Thanks for bearing with us.

I sure wish they would fix the guild listings and show which guilds are actively getting RPs. That sure makes it easier when you come back to the game to look for active RvR guilds.

Looks like we'll both be waiting...hopefully they'll update the dang herald before  Dec 2012  but then again I'm probably getting my hopes up
