I honestly don't think there's any actual 'devs' working on the game anymore.
A few guys that could switch on and off things with whatever maintenance tools the devs left them, but none that could actually go in and start rooting around in code.

Hey genius, how about this, Point blank is a 3 sec spell and so is the nightshade nuke.
