Does Acuity affect Dexterity Stat ?

I'm building an archer whose main stat is Dexterity. Will acuity affect dexterity at all...or is my quest DEX DEX DEX ?

Acuity does nothing for you. Dex is the only stat that affects archery.
You will want some ToA bonuses too, like casting speed, spell range, magic damage, or whatever they are called. Check out some archer templates before you finish your own, you dont want to miss out on some crucial stats/bonuses.
