BobsUI_1.105 v5.0xBeta is the one that I use and it hasn't given me any problems.

Inside the ui folder create a folder named custom and place the contents of Bob's UI folder inside it. If the Bob's UI folder already has a folder named custom then just drop it inside the folder named ui. Make sure you turn on the custom skin option in the options menu.
