Does falcon's eye work PvP?

I have been asking around and everyones giving differant answers. I heard that falcon's eye doesnt affect you in PvP that its only for use in PvE? Any insite on this would be much appreciated i dont like wasting ra's points

Yes, it works in RvR, just like any other RA that increases crit percentage.
