Any Infiltrator out there able to tell when new RR5 is active?

Not sure if it is just me, but I can not tell when rr5 is active or not. My targets seem to parry, evade and block just as much as they do ANY other time. So whats the point of it? Just so someone can say they actually got something revamped?

You have to scroll back up and read through your combat logs. When it fires you see a message:
You attempt Dark Tendrils. Your Target attempts a parry, but you overwhelm him.
This will be in the combat screen, but yes its a weak sauce RR5. I've even coined the term Underwhelm to correctly discribe this ability.

Emphasis on that last part, because you obviously won't be getting one of those as an Inf facing a RR5+ NS or SB.
Very useful Nab, no really, that makes a lot of sense as an argument in a discussion about RR5s.

Stop the crying Nab. I would bet WindWalker knows more about the game than just about anyone and surely he knows more than you do. We all do.
It is so funny how someone telling someone else to stop crying, sure does a lot of it himself.
WindWalker has high RR stealthers on every realm and plays them all pretty efficiently. I'm sure he knows what he's talking about from all sides of the spectrum.
