Is there a way to set up the video processor so that in windowed mode the screen still runs instead of freezing? It's hard to alt tab and read the internet when the DAOC screen is not updating.

There's client sleep settings in the options. But in game, you can do: /clientsleep background, minimized, never

Yep, it's me
Also that command did not fix the problem, the window is still frozen when i am tabbed out in windowed mode.
