So as a vamp lets say, better to use parry buff from SM line then Evade buff from VE line? Is parry just as effective as evade if given the same percentages?

is the vamps evade or parry buff even effected by this change is a better question...
because the vamps buffs arent like normal evade/parry rates... they get a set % chance period, not a variable one effected by stats/items like other classes...
