Where is the new link for old "Archived Server Transfer" info?

Just like the subject says. Last week or so there was a posting on the new Herald with the old info about transferring but I no longer see the information on the new Herald and the old links no longer work.
Does anyone have the new link?

log in the toon you want to tranfer and type /freexfer ywain1 or ywain2 or ywain3 etc.. whatever ywain server you want it transfered too. it will say please log out to complete transfer so /quit and log into the ywain you transfered it too.. took 2minutes last one i transfered
