OK, it's borderline ridiculous. When you search for an item, it typically says bonus level 0. Then you port to the proper server, have to re-do your search, find the item, and try to buy it from the merchant. Through all of this, the bonus level had changed from 0 to something else. When making templates or searching items for characters less than level 50 this is cumbersome and frustrating and can take a very long time.
On that same note, FIX THE HERALD FEEDBACK also. Every time I go there to submit feedback, it tells me that I can't send more than 2 per hour when I haven't sent a message for probably 6 months.
Seriously, this is simple stuff.

Yes, that's the response I expect. What is particularly frustrating though is that I can't even use the Feedback Form.
