You can be a bald male as koby, brit, or celt i think. The only way to be bald for any other race or female is from the make-a-wish foundation. About 6 years ago they gave several people bald hair because of their illness.

It has something to do with creating a bald toon and then deleting it or something like that. Cant remember but i know you could make bald everything.
