Where is chat.log ?

If I press CTRL-L in game, I get a msg saying "Chat logging enabled to file: CHAT.LOG". I did this for an ML10 raid today, later searched my hard disk for a file by that name and could not find one. I have tested this several times, but the Search function of the Windows filer turns up nada every time....
What am I missing here?
