Expansion Clarifications

Hello folks,
I stopped playing DAoC before many of the expansions landed. I have been tidying up the expansions part of the Wiki and could do with a hand understanding the changes that later expansions brought.

Regarding the Catacombs page http://camelotherald.wikia.com/wiki/Catacombs I could do with a review on the list of zones / dungeons for each realm, they have been copied several times and obviously the Hibernian section looks rather wrong.
What zones were introduced in Darkness Rising?
What dungeons were introduced in Darkness Rising?
Any other major changes not covered?
