battlegrounds teleporter not working? (after patch goes live)

On my level 48 ranger, I type /s battlegrounds at a teleporter, they cast a spell, but then I don't go anywhere...
I'm not over the RR cap.
Tried 2 different teleporters, and relogging. Looks like there might have been some unintended side effects from the new patch.

No problem did the same thing on a previous toon before I knew ML cap.
