Dragonslayer quests (Alb)

Can someone give me a simple walkthrough of what to do to get these quests done?
I've been looking at various websites and there's conflicting information so I don't know what's right and what's not. Apparently some of the quest line was disabled etc?
I'd rather not farm for this armor, as it looks like I need to farm for other dragon loot which is supposed to cost me 950 scales.

1. Quest at Grimspound bindstone to get neutral faction in Grimspound.
2. Quest "a history in stone" (kill 5/10/15 mobs).
At this point you may need more (friendly) faction to proceed.
3. Quest to kill Moran.
4. Quest to kill the four mini dragons.
