Can you take BPs off of one player and give them to another ? I thought they could sold at one time

only for a few days when they first made ML's purchasable with BPs, you could trade the ML credit back in for a full refund in BPs. Actually i think that was for one night, they had to change it the next morning because ppl were xfering thousands of BPs to level 1 characters then buying XP scrolls to get to level 50.
Anyways no u can't actually transfer BPs, but just about everything u can buy with BPs can be traded.
