Ive been on hold now for 38 mins trying to get someone to remove my credit card from my account management page :/
it says they work 10 am - 10pm EST 7 days a week but no one gets on the line.

another 1 hour and 22 mins and still waiting  and they close in 24 mins... this is horrible
