It seems to me that the caster/melee hybrids are valewalker in hib, thane in mid, and heretic in alb with the following breakdown:
Valewalker: better in melee than casting.
Thane: better casting than melee.
Heretic: EITHER good melee or good casting.
My question, does anyone have any specs for a heretic that would allow it to be played more like a classic caster/melee of the other two realms? I rather enjoy this type of class but I'd hate to have to realm hop to play one.

It's harder for the heretic to achieve this because they have to spec so many things
Rej/Enh/Flex/Shield
Whereas a thane or valewalker has:
Scythe\Arb\Parry
SC\Weapon\Parry\Shield(optional)
What it will basically boil down to is lowering your Enhancement spec. The valewalker only gets a crappy AF and ABS buff, which you could mimic by lowering your enh spec. Though you will be significantly weaker in melee combat for doing so. With the changes to flex, you should be more well off than ever before. I can only suggest a spec without ever having tried it:

It would work on paper but realistically you're not going to have enough stun time to make going 44 flex anywhere NEAR worth it. You'd basically be a reaver that decided to put on leather armor and use a small shield. Get those point out of flex and just be a caster tic, the Rejuv line is what makes them fun anyway.
