Help, returning player and dragon weapon/shield?

Hi, I just reactivated my druid and I want to get this shield Hallowed Spell Ward I've seen in some templates. I believe its a dragon quest reward?!?!? Is there some easy-mode way to obtain this item?
I'm Venessa in game by the way if you guys want to hang out  )))

Get 500 dragon scales. Go to TNN to the slayer merchant. Buy the stone that costs 500 scales. Go to the dragonslayer guy in Sheeroe (sp) Hill. Get your reward. (BTW make sure if you aren't neutral faction to the azure that you do the quest from the guy at the bindstone in Sheeroe.

In order of the fastest way to obtain them
1) Buy them in housing off a CM
2) Do the Caravan quest in NF (NPC is right by the gate @ DL on the PVP side)
3) Kill stuff in the Dragon Zone
4) Kill stuff in Fomor

The merchant in TNN is named Elenora. If you select a guard in TNN and type /where Elenora he will point you in the right direction. I'm not sure if the following is always a requirement, but when you have bought the stone (500 scales) you may want to travel to Tir na mBeo and talk to Lirazal. She will give you a "getting up to speed" quest (disregard this quest) and after that she will give you the Dragonslayer weapon quest.
Go to Tailtiu in Sheeroe hills. Do the quest at the bindstone to get neutral faction first (if needed). Then talk to Sonfinin to get your Dragonslayer weapon at /faceloc 37500 5000.

After getting the Draconic Sanguine Stone (500 scales) you have to start the Dragonslayer Weapon-Quest at Lirazal in Tir na mBeo, then you can go to Sheeroe Hills. You probably have to get proper faction with the Azure, therefore you can do a faction quest (Common Ground) - questgiver is Cailean in Sheeroe Hills.
After getting at least neutral faction, you can get your weapon from Azure Sonfinin (loc: 37k 5k) in Sheeroe Hills.

2.5) Do the pictish NF quest. Casters can solo it, but much quicker with someone else.
