400hp after CL10

I got CL10, went to King and said I achieved the highest lvl of CL. However HP didnt increase at all. Do I need to talk to another guy to get those 400hp or something else that I am missing?

once you zone out it will adjust.

CL hp are awarded at each level provided you speak to the king. If you don't then you will get them cumulatively at cl10. Once the king pronounces you Champion of the realm then you should get the HP. The paper-doll stats don't change till you zone or remove and replace an item. That forces an update.
Be aware that the amount of HP gained varies by class. Tanks get more, casters get less. I think the 400 is tanks only and casters get closer to about 300 total iirc.

It's not a set amount. It changes the amount of hit points you get per point of constitution and the rate varies class type to class type.
