A completely compilable plugin for C# for a decal plugin that will compile with the free express c# that is available.
Just something that I can use to get familiar with the basics of using c#.

i was able to compile wolf's c# plugin with the free version, took a little tweaking but worked. its on the decal boards.

I see some lingo on there Im not familiar, I guess I need to spend some time reading C# doc.
