UST problem with ElTank

I click ust main pack and all it does it say it has a certain number of items to test. Then it does nothing. what am i doing wrong?

It's hit and miss for me too.
What I do to get it to work (sometimes), make sure I am out of combat mode and I make sure Tank is not running. Click on the UST button, then I hit the Pause key to turn tank on.
Sometimes that works, sometimes it don't.

It happens to me as well. Sometimes if I wield a new wand, Tank will start up again and buff it, then after that it salvages. Other times, the ust command stayin queue and it takes a few minutes for it to get going. But the most effective way is to force tank into it, just lose some stamina or health, and once Tank starts "thinking" again, it should work.

If tank is waiting to cast a spell, UST will not work (I have turned all automation of tank off except for UST and looting). Also Tank must be started. I have also noticed that If I leave decal and the AC client running, but no toons logged in overnight, tank might not work. If you have tried the above, then try to log out the client and decal and restart them, not the machine just them.
