Having problems with downloading dual client, can some plz assist me????

my patron gave me a site to go to so i coulddual log. I went to the site and downloaded the setup exe. went through the step on it but when i click on the icon the setup produced and error appears "Fatal Execution Error" and i cant get anywere after that everything shuts off. I tried deleting everything and doing everything over again and still the same problem. Any suggestions??

Could you possibly provide any less information?
You didn't say the site you went to.
You didn't say what the NAME of the setup file was.
You didn't list the exact error
You didn't say how far you DID get
What the setup process looked like...
detail.. they are important.
