Portal Gems and Rares notifications going to be added to any plug-in?

Any buffbot/portal bot plug-ins that are going to have the feature to use the various portal gems?
Any loot tracking plug-ins going to give us a customizable notification for when a Rare drops?
To be honest, a separate plug-in for each of these 2 features would also be nice. Anyone know if there are plans for these?

Castaway can use portal gems. Tested it with the new ones and it worked. I added this to my BotSpells.xml:
<SpellArray Name="Silyun" PointCost="500" Type="Any">
<Spell Text="Using the Silyun portal gem now!" />
<Spell Emote="is now summoning a portal to Silyun" />
<Spell Delay="1000" />
<Spell UseItem="Silyun Portal Gem" />
</SpellArray>
When the bot was told "Silyun", it opened a portal by popping a gem.

PORTAL Gems, Insanebot always had the ability for a year or so , thus i expect when released the new version will still have it.
with modification to the portal gem use, i expect use of rares could be set up by buffbot owners without much or any change to insanebot.
