Error 1316

I am trying to install the new eltank. When I try to install it, I get this message........Error 1316. An error occured while attempting to read the file:..........(has the link to where my eltank is stored)
Any clue how to fix this error?
I have turned off my firewalls temporarily to try to install it, no luck.

That error indicates a missing resource in the install file. A sure sign your download did not complete successfully.
Given that Tanks site is suffering significant traffic today, you may have to wait until after peak hours to get a valid copy. Oh, and don't forget to clear out your cache for your browser before attempting the download again, or you may just repeat the problem.
