Getting Error report at sign in with Decal on

I did a clean install of Decal (5b), including removal of all old plug-ins. Everything was working ok with Decal 3.Now, when I turn on Decal, with no plug-ins yet installed, and I try to sign in to an account, I get an error report. Has anyone else had this issue? I cleaned the registry, dl and installed the 3dfx file and copied the dll file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
