With a fresh install and only BuffMe, DHS, and FindIt! running I login and run fine. However, when I try to set my particular likes and dislikes on loot finding, something I click causes me to crash whenever I open my house chest (just testing it there for now to see if it can find a major I put in my chest).


I think I've narrowed it down to when I click the scanning options on. I'm still working on repeatedly crashing as I check each one now. That said, when I login with a fresh install with the default config, it pops up and reports the contents of my chest just fine. It's only when I fiddle with the config and actually tell it to scan for things that I can get it to crash. I'll have to try it out on some monster corpses next.


Just curious if anyone has had any well recognized issues. I'm going nuts just trying to find a good old fashioned plug-in that'll yell at me when I find a major in a sea of corpses that doesn't crash my PC six ways to Sunday. =)

I just left any scanning options unchecked and it seems to work wonderfully regardless, so that's heartening. =)

one issue with Findit discovered this morning had to do with the magic tab page and blanks in the wand casting blocks regardless where or not the casting object is on or off.


if you have blanks in those two blocks to the right of wands trying putting a value in each, gorou uses 9 and 4 to fill the two blocks. something on the unicode converstion was hosing up if the blocks were blank causing the crash but worked if a number was in each block.
