I Installed decal fresh, just reformatted computer last night when i go to start decal i get a Microsof Visual C++ Runtime Library error, how can i solve this problem?

+ Decal probably does not function AT ALL in operating systems older than Windows 2000


Don't know if there was any change to this mentioned elsewhere on their forums, but I kind of doubt it.

1. Which version of windows are you running?

2. Have you gotten all of the updates from windows update?

I never had this problem until I deleted a toon and made a new one
