Tinker Bot Program?

I've been asked by several folks in the allegiance if there is any information about getting the TinkerBot program(s) back up and operating. Since I'd not seen anything lately, thought I would inquire here about them.
Do we have any idea if/when these programs might be available?

there is a discussion about it on actool.net forums.....IPA has to get ACtool completely done, and Shein Tao is waiting for the parts he needs added to fix tinkerbot.

Eltank has one within its buffbot functions...
still has a few bugs but it works...
