This is the error message i see when launching turning on decal and logging into the game.
Anyone have an idea? I've downloaded all the required software for decal to work.

There is no way as a user to resolve this kind of issue. It is Turbine software bug. Turbine will have to find the bug, correct it and issue a new client. This is a generic error message that comes out of AC and many other games that have internal programming issues. Unfortunately, there is no single cause for the problem.
Your only hope is to try and find a way to avoid Turbine's defective code when playing AC. If you are lucky it is an error in the graphic code and resolve the issue by upgrading your video drivers.
