Yesterday, in my board cruising, I noted there were updated messages to be downloaded by hitting the Update button on Decal. After doing this ... every one of my melee characters can no longer buff their shield with the buff routine in ElTank. The shield is showing as being selected, but Tank just completely ignores it. All armour and weaponry is buffed flawlessly. I've tried deleting the profiles for melee toons ... changing shields ... deselecting then reselecting the SAME shield ... and still end up needing to buff the shield by hand.


Would be curious to know if others also are having this problem ... and if there is any speculation what could be causing it?
